Over our 20+ years in the industry, we have developed many techniques to reduce the ‘time-to-fix’ by installing devices to carry out remote activities as well as ensuring the engineers are equipped with in-house developed advanced diagnostic software. Our field engineers carry extensive spare parts to maximise ‘first-time-fix’ rates using an integrated system that allows all calls to be managed in real co-ordinating engineer time, spare parts and producing management information.
All spare parts will have been through one of our large repair facilities, where the focus is on constant improvement to parts reliability by carrying out preventative maintenance, to maximise the ‘mean-time-between-failure’ (MTBF) of the parts.
As well as the spare parts carried on our engineer’s vehicles, we have extensive parts inventories held strategically around the UK to minimise downtime, should the required part not be held on an engineer’s vehicle.
