Our 24 hour customer service centre answers 95 percent of all calls first time, and in less than thirty seconds. And because it’s their job to keep your ATM up and running, 85 percent of queries are resolved there and then, over the phone. 

Field Engineering

Our 43 Field Service Engineers, 6 Field Service Supervisors and 3 Regional Engineer Manager are divided into 3 regions.

They deliver a seven day a week coverage 9am-6pm, 364 days a year, with enhanced coverage until 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Highly skilled in providing complete servicing for cash machine equipment and emergency on-site repairs, they take pride in their first time fix rate of 80% across our  network.
